RIVA is proud to honor and celebrate Pride Month and the impact our LGBTQ+ colleagues have on our company and community. The “V” in RIVA stands for Values — we strive every day to promote diversity, equality, and inclusivity. We believe inclusion makes us stronger and we encourage all staff to bring their authentic selves to work.
When we say people-first, we mean it. Since inception in 2009, we’ve worked hard to create and maintain a culture where all are welcome. Powering solutions for better government doesn’t happen without collaboration, innovation, diversity of thought, and a desire to push the envelope. By building diverse teams, we are able to learn and create more innovative solutions than if we were all like minded. No one person at RIVA has the same background and we think that’s a beautiful thing.
Throughout the month of June, let’s celebrate how far we’ve come and remember #WeStill have more work ahead to attain equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
